All student course fees, book fees, registration fees, and any other associated fees are non-refundable.

In some cases, non-refundable fees may be credited toward another program or service, subject to approval by Upward Consulting Pvt Ltd.
If a program is canceled by the company, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
