All student course fees, book fees, registration fees, and any other associated fees are non-refundable.
Non-refundable fees may be allocated to another program/service at a later date at the discretion of Upward Consulting Pvt Ltd.
In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled a full refund will be made.
Refunds will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account in 5-7 business days.
